Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2026
Last Updated: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Forward Learning Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the Cam Macias and Iron Cam brands at cammacias.com, collects, uses, and shares information about you. By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you complete the AI Growth Assessment, book a call, buy a product, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your industry, your company size, your stated business challenge, and your assessment answers and resulting score.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site, through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from payment processors, our CRM provider, advertising platforms, and community platforms where you have interacted with us.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To calculate and deliver your assessment score and recommendation
  • To deliver products, sessions, and services you request
  • To respond to inquiries and provide support
  • To send marketing communications where you have opted in
  • To personalize what we show and recommend to you
  • To measure and improve our website, offers, and advertising
  • To detect fraud and abuse, and to secure our systems
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide a phone number, we will only send you text messages where you have given consent by checking the applicable box at the time you submitted it. We use two separate consents:

  • Non-marketing messages relating to your assessment results and account information.
  • Marketing messages including offers, new offerings, and event invitations.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving your assessment score. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties except with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who operate our business on our behalf, including our CRM and messaging platform, email and SMS delivery providers, payment processors, analytics providers, community platforms, and scheduling tools
  • With affiliated brands we operate or partner with, where relevant to a service you requested
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. This includes analytics and advertising pixels that may allow those providers to recognize your device across sites. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect how the site works.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share; the right to delete it; the right to correct it; the right to opt out of sale or sharing; and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

9. Marketing Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, and from marketing SMS by replying STOP. We may still send you transactional messages about purchases, bookings, or support requests.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site links to third-party sites and platforms, including our community and booking platforms. This policy does not cover their practices. Review their policies directly.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Users Outside the United States

We operate in the United States. If you access our services from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
