These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cammacias.com and any products, assessments, content, sessions, or services offered through it (the “Services”), operated by Forward Learning Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
The assessment is a self-reported diagnostic tool. Your score, band, and recommendation are generated automatically from the answers you provide. They are provided for informational purposes only, are not a professional evaluation of your business, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for how you act on them.
Prices are listed at the point of purchase and may change. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. Subscription products renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, unless stated otherwise at the point of sale. Coaching, consulting, and studio sessions are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Community memberships may be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the paid period. Free trials may be cancelled before the trial ends without charge.
If you book a call or session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in us declining future bookings.
All content we provide, including frameworks, assessments, written material, video, templates, and prompts, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. On purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or use it to build a competing product or training offering without our written permission.
You retain ownership of anything you submit. You grant us a license to use it as needed to deliver the Services. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, scraping or harvesting data, submitting false information, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
Some Services are delivered through third-party platforms, including our community and scheduling platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
The Services provide business and technology education and implementation support. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. We make no guarantee of any specific business result, revenue, or outcome. Any examples of results are illustrative and depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market, and execution.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Napa County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
